Dave and I traveled up to Bethlehem, PA for Christmas this year. It was a great long weekend with family, though the absence of both of Dave’s precious grandmothers was certainly felt throughout the holiday. We really enjoyed a quiet few days with loved ones and even got a nice snowfall on Christmas Eve. In the spirit of relaxing with family, I didn’t take out my SLR once, but here are a a few shots we took and edited on our iphones. I am usually uninterested in shooting photos unless there are people in them, but for some reason this week I was enjoying snapshots of the scenery of our holiday.

I love Dave’s grandfather’s house at Christmas.

Road trip back to Washington, DC
We flew to Chicago to visit my family for the rest of the week and celebrated my sister’s wedding. More on that later.
