Mmmm. That was Mom Baker’s scrumptious apple pie you just salivated over on the cover image. I just love Thanksgiving food. I hope you all had the chance to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends. Dave and I went to Western Pennsylvania to celebrate with his family for a long weekend. We spent a lot of time just hanging out together at home and playing with Duplos…lots of Duplos.
Can you believe how old she looks this year? Last Thanksgiving she still had the “toddler” look, but this year she is definitely a little girl.
Chris’ college roommate, Chewy, has spent the last 3 Thanksgivings with us and this year he drove 6 hours Thanksgiving morning to eat with us and then drove 6 hours back that night. That’s dedication. We expect to see you 2014 too. Even if your roommate reunion looked like this…
And Owen is looking big too! He turned 8 months over the weekend and is crawling all over the place.
We had to hide the pies from little hands and curious dogs.
The ones in the kitchen and behind the camera never end up in photos. Next year I will need a tripod or something to get a group photo.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! Or maybe I should say Merry Christmas since it’s already December. 23 days until Christmas!
