Spring is finally beginning to make an appearance here in Washington, DC. I am so looking forward to more sunshine and cannot wait for the trees to get green again. In order to continue to build all of our excitement for spring I decided to post some Street Style photos that I took last May with Sarah of Fashion & Philosophers. Fashion & Philosophers is a fashion and culture blog based here in DC and they celebrate “color, light and connectedness” in our city. I love that.
We spent a day walking around Northwest DC interviewing and photographing people focusing on DC street style. Walking up to strangers is totally out of my comfort zone but Sarah helped me push some boundaries. I actually had a lot of fun and was surprised at how open most people were about talking with us. It’s probably because Sarah is awesome. You all should go read F&P right now and see all of the Spring palettes she has been highlighting.
You can see the posts and read about their fashion choices HERE HERE HERE HERE & HERE
Weren’t all of these outfits awesome? How would you react if a stranger walked up to you on the street and wanted to take your photo for a style blog?
I love the skirt in the first photo and the coat in the third! x
Me too 🙂 Thanks for visiting my blog!
You captured clothes AND emotion – love it!
Thank girl! I love DC street style.
I love this and am remembering all of the fun people we met last year. Let’s do it again!
